President Bush and his administration are working as hypnotists without licenses. They use hypnotic techniques to drum their messages into the people. When a real hypnotist is working with a subject, the work is based on a contract. The contract specifies what the subject desires and what the hypnotist will do. When the president or his representatives speak, the contract is not open and legitimate. The administration sold us a “Clean Air” Act that allows more pollution. They got us into a “War” that was an invasion and is now an occupation. We are involved in a troop surge rather than an escalation of occupation and hostilities. We have a war on feelings – terror -- rather than a criminal case.

Ronald Reagan once said that the 9 scariest words in the English language were; “I’m from the government and I’m here to help.” It sounds humorous at first. But think about it. Why would our President want to create fear and doubt about government help? George Bush has revived that negative association by neglecting the people in the Gulf States after Hurricane Katrina. His appointments to courts and regulatory agencies have opened the gates to abuse of people and planet. He also uttered the 8 scariest words in our country today; “I am running the government like a corporation.”
